Eleaf EC-M Coil 0.15 Ohm: Kanthal Mesh for Melo and iJust Tanks The Eleaf EC-M coil is a 0.15Ω Kanthal mesh head rated at 30–75W, sold in packs of five. Eleaf made it for its Melo and iJust tank series, as a mesh alternative to the standard EC head. Eleaf says the mesh gives a much larger heating surface than a wire coil, heating more quickly and evenly for better flavour and bigger clouds. Eleaf names the tank series rather than individual models, so we do the same.
