Vaporesso Armour Octa Box Mod Kit The Vaporesso Armour Octa Box Mod Kit is a rugged dual-battery box mod with adjustable output from 5W up to 220W, built for experienced vapers who want power, flavour and a device that can take a knock. It runs on two 18650 batteries (sold separately), uses Vaporesso’s AXON chipset with Neo Pulse Mode, and has a 0.96 inch TFT screen, USB-C fast charging and IP68 and IP69K ratings. The kit comes with the iTank T dual mesh tank, which uses Vaporesso’s GTi coils. The Armour Octa is the dual-battery successor to the Armour Max and sits alongside the built-in-battery Armour Ultra. It has IP68 and IP69K ratings, an anti-collision pad on the sides to absorb impacts, and a battery door designed to stay stable and secure. Its toughness has limits, so always make sure the battery door is closed properly, follow the care instructions in the user manual, and treat it like any other battery-powered device. Screen, Chipset and Controls The Armour Octa uses Vaporesso’s AXON chipset. Most features are accessed through the menu on the 0.96 inch TFT screen, and the side locking switch gives you a quick way to lock the device. The screen offers three themes, adjustable brightness and an optional battery percentage display. Buy genuine batteries from a reputable seller, choose cells with a continuous discharge rating that suits the power you plan to use, and check the user manual for the correct battery type. Always use two matching batteries of the same make, model and age, and never mix old and new cells. How to Set Up and Use Open the battery door and insert two matching, charged 18650 batteries, checking the polarity markings inside. Close the battery door securely. Fit the coil into the iTank T if it is not already installed, and screw the tank onto the device. Fill the tank with e-liquid, following the fill instructions in the user manual, and don’t overfill.
