All other dry herb vaporizers including the TINYMIGHT 2 are now considered to be ‘UNAPPROVED THERAPEUTIC VAPING GOODS’ and the ONLY way an ‘Unapproved Therapeutic Vaping Good’ can be supplied to a patient in Australia is through the SAS pathway. Any Licensed importer of the Tinymight 2 must report 6 monthly to the Office Of Drug Control as to where all sales have gone, and all sales must have evidence of a SAS-B approval for the Tinymight 2, before the licensed importer can release the ‘Unapproved Therapeutic Vaping Device’ from their secure warehouse.
